AheadTerra Standards & Policies

AheadTerra is a living archive and software lab led solely by Himanshu Tiwari. All services, learning modules, and experimental tools are delivered with the same care I use to research Jyotishavidya and psychic arts. I operate AheadTerra solely, so you will see consistent first-person wording across these policies. This page provides the latest status for my standards, terms, and privacy commitments.

Terms of Service (2026 Refresh)

A full AheadTerra Terms of Service document is in progress for the 2026 publishing cycle. Until the final release, all consultations and digital tools are provided on a good-faith, educational basis. Clients and students agree to use the material responsibly, with the understanding that divination insights complement — not replace — professional, medical, financial, or legal advice.

Privacy Policy (US & EU Alignment)

AheadTerra respects your privacy. Formal policy language compliant with key US (CCPA/CPRA) and EU (GDPR) expectations is being finalized. Until the policy is published, any personal information shared through readings, email, or signup flows is handled directly by me, Himanshu Tiwari, and never sold to third parties. Data is retained only as long as required to deliver the requested service, after which it may be archived or deleted.

I am preparing a dedicated Privacy Policy page to provide full legal text, clear disclosure of lawful bases for processing, and a detailed FAQ covering your rights — including access, deletion, correction, and opt-out of sale/sharing (for California residents). Updates will be posted here first before the standalone policy goes live.

Right to know what personal data is collected and how it is used

Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal data (CCPA/CPRA)
Right to withdraw consent or object to processing where applicable (GDPR)

Data Security Practices

Client records, birth details, and contact information are stored in encrypted databases with access limited to me. Any files delivered through Dropbox or email are shared via expiring links and routinely audited. If you ever wish to remove your information, send a request to the contact below and I will process it promptly.

Upcoming policy materials will also outline cookie practices, analytics tools in use, processor relationships, and mechanisms for submitting Data Subject Access Requests (DSAR) and Do Not Sell or Share requests.

Tool Experimentation & Beta Labels

Select web applications — including tarot, numerology, and decision-making helpers — are marked as in-progress betas. These tools may change without notice. Feedback is encouraged so experiences can improve prior to the formal Terms of Service launch.

Educational & Spiritual Use

AheadTerra content is intended for educational, spiritual, and contemplative purposes. Clients are responsible for their own decisions and are invited to consult licensed professionals for matters beyond the intended scope of divination and spiritual counsel.
