AheadTerra Cancellation Policy

This policy explains when a consultation or prepaid service can be cancelled and how cancellation impacts payment status.

Customer-Initiated Cancellation

Full cancellation available if requested before work starts
Partial cancellation may apply if research or drafting has started
No cancellation once final report/session has been delivered

Provider-Initiated Cancellation

If I am unable to deliver due to scheduling or technical issues, you may choose a full refund or free reschedule at priority timing.

How to Cancel

Send cancellation requests to himanshu@aheadterra.com from your checkout email with order reference and reason.

Card Network Notes

Card cancellations and reversals are processed through the acquiring bank and card networks, such as Visa, Mastercard, Amex, RuPay, and Diners Club, and may reflect in your statement based on issuer timelines.
