AheadTerra Refund Policy

This refund policy applies to payments made on AheadTerra using card gateways and PayPal. I review every request fairly and aim to resolve valid refund requests quickly.

Eligible Refund Cases

  • Duplicate charge for the same order reference
  • Payment captured but service not delivered within committed timeline
  • Technical failure that prevents access to purchased deliverable

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of mind after report delivery or consultation completion
  • Delayed response caused by missing or incorrect customer details
  • Subjective dissatisfaction without any delivery or quality issue

Request Window

Submit refund requests within 7 calendar days of payment using your payment reference and email used at checkout.

Processing Timeline

Once approved, refunds are initiated within 3 business days. Final credit timing depends on your payment issuer or network, including Visa, Mastercard, Amex, RuPay, and Diners Club.
